Book review!

*IKIGAI - A JAPANESE SECRET TO LONG AND HAPPY LIFE*  I've read this book a few months ago. I thought of sharing a small glimpse of it with you all. There's a Japanese proverb: *Only staying active will make you want to live a hundred years* This is practically proven in Japan Okinawa. The island of (almost) eternal youth. Almost of the population is still young by heart. They follow certain things that makes them live to the fullest. Whatever you do, don't retire! Having a clearly defined ikigai brings satisfaction, happiness, and meaning to life. One surprising thing you notice, living in Japan, how active people remain even after they retire, infact many Japanese people never really retire, they keep doing what they love as long as their health allows.  *Meaning of ikigai*  Ikigai means *reason for being* Finding your perfect motive for living is your ikigai. Our ikigai is different for all of us, but one thing we have in common is that we all are searching for meaning....

Kindness can become its own motive.

 Kindness... I belive kindness means helpfulness towards someone in need not in return for anything nor for the advantage of the helper but for that of the person helped!  Nowadays, everyone's going with trends! Most of them are doing wrong things due to peer pressure. Real friends are those who don't support you in bad things instead they pave a way for you to get out of it.  Being kind to somebody doesn't cost you anything instead it gives you different type of satisfaction and peace inside. The world is changing most of the people have become selfish they have nothing to do with what other's feel what other's think because of this we're lagging behind in finding mental peace. You have to be a proof of good people with no hidden agendas still exist.  Every coin has two sides, being kind is absolutely amazing but you should set boundaries for everything everyone is not like you.  GOING THROUGH BAD PHASE IN LIFE? IS EVERYTHING GOING TOUGH? OVERTHINKING HAS RUINED YOUR MENTAL PEACE? Don't worry my friend! It's just a bad station on the way of your beautiful journey! You don't have to pause there , keep going , push yourself to the right destination. While travelling, remember you'll meet a huge crowd. You have to choose few gems over too many stones! Always choose quality over quantity. You will even meet some temporary people along your journey they too hold an important place! They make you even stronger and teach you truths of life. Remember dear friend, NOTHING REMAINS FORVER ON EARTH EXCEPT PLASTIC! Every story has its 'THE END'. Everyone's gonna leave you don't have to stop yourself for those.  WHAT IS TRUST? Trust is perfectly defined as to have confidence, faith or hope in someone or something. People often trust easily on someone they feel comfortable with. Feeling comfortable is okay but blindly trusting that person might be quiet risky. They say trust is like a paper once it's crushed it can never be the same again! It feels bad when someone you trust the most , comes out to be the person you shouldn't have trusted at all. You don't need to feel guilty about your bad decision , you were genuine! Instead learn to read people life will become much easier!! Remember, to earn trust, money, power aren't enough ; you have to show some concern for others. You can't buy trust in a supermarket. Trust is not that easy to understand but we immediately know when it's lost. Basically, mental health is a state of well being in which individual realises his or her own abilities and can cope with the normal stresses of life and can work productively and fruitfully. 📌WHY IS MENTAL HEALTH IMPORTANT? Mental and physical health are equally important.
